Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take?
Every piece is made to order, just for you, so most orders take 1-2 weeks to be made and shipped. It's a little longer than the overnight world we're used to, and we promise it's worth it. You're supporting real people and a slower, more thoughtful way of making things. You'll get tracking the moment your order ships.
Why made to order?
Because we'd rather make something with care than crank out piles of inventory that sit in a warehouse. Made to order keeps us small, intentional, and proud of every piece that goes out the door. It also means less waste, which we feel good about.
What size should I get?
Check out our Size & Fit Guide for measurements and fit notes. A few quick things on our tees: most are unisex sizing, except the boxy tees, which are women's sizing. For unisex tees, women should size down for a typical women's fit, or keep your usual size if you want it looser. Want it oversized? Size up. When you're between sizes on anything else, size up for a relaxed feel or stay true for fitted. Cropped tees run shorter, hoodies and crews are roomy by design, and the Fit Kit sets are made to be worn together. Still stuck? Email us and we'll talk it through.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags on. Sizing can be tricky, so exchanges are always easy and always welcome. Full details live on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Do the Fit Kit pieces have to be bought together?
Nope, you can buy them solo. But they're designed to coordinate, bra with the matching shorts or leggings, so if you love the look together, grab the set.
How should I care for my pieces?
Wash cold, hang or lay flat to dry when you can, and your pieces will stay soft and last longer. Our garment-dyed cotton actually gets better with every wash. Skip the high heat and harsh stuff and you're golden.
How durable are these, really?
We put our pieces through the toughest workouts before they ever reach you, and we wouldn't produce something if we didn't believe it could stand the test. But things happen, and if the durability isn't living up to your standards, then it isn't living up to ours either. Send us a message if something isn't working out, and we'll work to find a solution that makes both of us feel like a winner.
Something I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Maybe! We make in small batches, so things sell out and restock from time to time. Email us about the piece you're eyeing and we'll let you know if it's coming back.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do. They're the perfect move when you're not sure on size or just want to let someone pick their own favorite. Find them right in the shop.
